the premier supplier of superior glass products in the UK

SCOTT SINDEN Managing Director
Scott was headhunted to run the business by the original owner in 2003 so has been with the company since its formation. Prior to ESG, Scott had a long career with international glass giant Saint Gobain running various businesses for their Solaglas/Glass Solutions network across the UK. He gained extensive knowledge and experience of the UK glass market and construction industry whilst heading commodity tempered, glass processing, glazing, stock distribution and IG manufacturing businesses along with several senior commercial roles including the position of National Commercial Manager with responsibility for 6 manufacturing plants covering the UK.
Having come in at the top to run ESG, which was then a start-up, Scott went on to grow and lead the company to where we are now. Initially, he oversaw our expansion from one processing unit to three, before masterminding our MBO in 2016 and most recently our move to our new streamlined, single-site, state of the art factory. Scott has driven the growth of ESG to become one of the most widely respected and innovative glass processors in the UK.

BARRY WRIGHT Group Finance Director
Barry is a commercially focused CFO with 35 years’ experience driving growth, profitability and shareholder value across PE-backed, FMCG and manufacturing businesses. An FCCA-qualified finance professional, he has a proven track record of delivering EBITDA growth, margin expansion and cash generation, partnering Boards and investors through funding strategy, working capital optimisation and infrastructure scaling. His career spans SMEs to major international brands, including Diageo and Guinness World Records, leading Finance, Commercial, HR and Operational teams across the UK and overseas.

GRAEME BROUDER Commercial Director
Graeme has also been part of the ESG team from its earliest days, helping us to grow and innovate to become one of the UK’s leading independent glass processing companies. He worked in a number of project management roles before moving into the glass industry in 2003, joining Solaglas Hayes as a Project Co-Ordinator, to work on key accounts. He was, however, soon lured away to form part of the management team at the then fledgling ESG, in 2004. Graeme now fulfils the role of Commercial Director, with responsibility for sales and marketing functions. He loves to challenge himself, completing some of the toughest physical trials imaginable; but also enjoys an intellectual challenge, completing an MBA in Business Administration in 2022. He is currently studying for a PhD in Business with the University of Teesside.
