Cheapside Offices – Central London

Cheapside in central London is nothing like the name might suggest. This highly sought after location is just a few hundred yards from the Bank of England. Office space in this area commands the premium rates that only a few cities around the world can. The clients that are willing to pay these rates demand the very best when is comes to the fixtures, fittings and facilities of these offices. ESG have recently been involved in a six figure refit of a developement along this Cheapside where the new tenants have taken the top two floors, giving them stunning views across London.

The top floor is a dedicated meeting area with two glass partitioned meeting rooms, a sun deck and a fully stocked kitchen to service all areas. To create the partitions, 31m of 12mm ESG clear toughened was supplied. This was combined with 5 panels of ESG Switchable™ LCD privacy glass that is the backdrop to the fully integrated AV system that allows video conferencing. ESG Switchable ^TM was chosen due to the compatibility of our new controllers with the installed BMS / AV system. The design of our patented boxes allows for easy integration into these systems and due to the fact that they are fully CE Certified our customers are guaranteed that there will be no electrical interference with the existing BMS systems which may have a detrimental effect to how they operate.
